Jeep Safari Terms and Conditions
- Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your Jeep Safari slot.
- ID Requirement: Guests must carry a valid photo ID (such as Aadhar card, Passport, or Driver's License) for verification. The same ID used for booking must be presented at the entry gate.
- Safari Timings: Safari timings are subject to seasonal changes and are strictly followed. Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in the cancellation of your safari without a refund.
- Guide Fees: A licensed guide is mandatory for all safaris in Jim Corbett National Park. The guide fee is not included in the package price and must be paid directly at the time of safari.
- Weather and Wildlife Sightings: The safari will operate regardless of weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by park officials. Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed as animals are in their natural habitat.
- Children Policy: A maximum of one child (between 5 to 12 years) is allowed per jeep along with six adults. Children below 5 years can join for free but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the safari for a partial refund. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will not be eligible for any refund.
- Behavior and Conduct: Guests are expected to follow all park rules and maintain silence during the safari to avoid disturbing wildlife. Littering, smoking, and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited within the park.
- Liability Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during the safari. Guests participate at their own risk.
- Important Note: The park authorities reserve the right to cancel or reschedule safaris without prior notice in case of emergencies or safety concerns. In such cases, alternative arrangements or refunds will be provided as per park regulations.
